The Sonic Movie Has Never Been Out Again, But Jim Carrey Is Up To Make The Sequel

Looks like we've been talking about it forever, though the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie

it's still a few weeks away from meeting on our cinema screens. Though we haven't seen it yet, Jim Carrey – who plays the role of Dr. Robotnik – has noticed that he "doesn't care" about acting sequentially.

In conversation with Jake Hamilton, the actor presented this piece as one with "too much space" to explore. You can see her talking about it in the video below (next to the 3:33 mark marker), and we've collected her full view:

"I wouldn't mind doing another one because it was a lot of fun, first and foremost, and it's a real challenge to try to convince people that I have a three-digit IQ … There's a lot of room, you know., Robotnik didn't come to his apotheosis."

We think we should wait to see if the first one is going to be OK, but would you like to see more Sonic animated films in the future? Let us know in the comments.

Ever since I had the NES, I knew that Nintendo was going to be with me for life. From that NES to SWITCH, I've known all the Nintendo systems.
