After a sign was spotted at PAX West earlier this week, Arc System Works has now confirmed that Guilty Gear Strive fighting game is on its way to the Nintendo Switch.
While it is set up for an offer whole pack (including the 28 currently available fighters), one thing that seems to be missing is crossplay. The game’s producer, Ken Miyauchi, confirmed on social media platform ‘X’ that it won’t be in this particular release, but hey – it still has a backlink code:
“FYI, GUILTY GEAR – STRIVE – Nintendo Switch Edition doesn’t have crossplay, but it does work on network code back.”
Guilty Gear Strive is currently in its fourth season, and Arc System Works recently unveiled a Cyberpunk: Edgerunners cameo on the way. Our friends in Push Square gave the game an “excellent” nine out of ten stars when it first debuted on PlayStation platforms in 2021.
