Surely many of you will know the company Wata Games for being one of the most famous when it comes to assessing the status of classic games. Well, recently it has been involved in a controversial scandal.
And it is that the clients Jacob Knight, Jack Cribbs y Jason Dohse have filed a class action lawsuit against Wata Games in the state of California accusing Wata Games of failing to return games in a timely manner and artificially inflating the values of certain games. Add these details:
- They share that a copy of the original Super Mario Bros. for the NES was selling for $30,000 in 2017, while that same game had a reported value of $2 million in 2021.
