While we wait for news from Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2, we bring you from Twitter a message that has caused a sensation among fans of the franchise recently.
The tweet in question shows us one of the elements discarded in the development of the first installment. It is specifically about some kind of drone
This drone was shaped like a dragonfly and could be summoned with that stone. In addition, it had a kind of rotating camera that surely could have been controlled with the touch screen of Wii U. Unfortunately this concept was scrapped, but now fans are asking for at least something similar to return in the sequel.
It could certainly be a great idea with the aim of be able to explore remote areas
BotW’s Drone:
Just like the motorcycle, concept art shows Link was planned to have a dragonfly drone that could be summoned with the Sheikah Slate. It had a rotating camera on the bottom, probably controlled with the Wii U touchscreen.
