In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom we have several ways to swim faster, such as using the Zora Armor, which also gives us the ability to climb waterfalls and attack while swimming. We can also improve swimming speed with the Ruta Divine Helmet that we found in Zora’s Domain. However, before finding these objects we have a more affordable option and a good alternative if we do not want to use them or want to improve their benefits.
This alternative is about cooking the recipe Rapid Simmered Fruit, which will increase swimming speed for 6-10 minutes (depending on how many ingredients you use) and restore two and a half hearts. Additionally, this recipe will be able to amplify the effects of the Zora Armor. To cook this recipe we will need a minimum of 3 watery fruits
These fruits grow in small trees throughout Hyrule, in each tree we can find 3 units, just enough to cook an improvement of 6 minutes. We can recognize these trees by their yellow leaves and green and blue fruits, similar to pumpkins. We can find many of these trees in the Western Necluda region, especially near the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and near the Lanayru Grand Spring in the Lanayru region.
On the other hand, these fruits have other uses such as producing water, which will be useful for solving puzzles and unlocking the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower.
What do you think? Will you cook this recipe? You can leave it in the comments.
