The latest UK boxed video game software charts are in and it’s another week at number one for the fantastic The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Link’s latest adventure across Hyrule had a strong ending this week as Capcom launched its long-awaited Street Fighter 6
“In boxed sales alone, it is now the third best-selling Zelda game in UK chart history, now overtaking the N64 release of Ocarina of Time in 1998. It is behind Breath of the Wild in 2017 and Twilight Princess in 2006. Globally, Nintendo is posted 10 million sales in one weekend, which means we know it’s already the second best-selling Zelda game of all time behind its predecessor, Breath of the Wild. Nintendo’s data includes digital.”
