Vampire Survivors recently released a new DLC called ‘Ode to Castlevania’ on Switch. It seems there were some bugs in the initial build, but now a patch has been released that fixes some of the issues.
There are some fixes for crashes, respawning, missing unlocks and more. Here’s a full breakdown of Vampire Survivor’s official account:
– Crash when loading certain adventure stages
– The merchant librarian does not appear
– Missing unlock for Relic Ebony Crimson Stone
– The black disk unlocks the librarian instead of a bunch of secrets
Developer Poncle is also aware of a number of other issues including “missing Ferryman unlock” and how “high memory usage can sometimes lead to crashes”. Another patch is scheduled for later this month and will also include “a lot more.”
“We’ll have another patch at the end of the month… thanks everyone for your patience with us”
Although there were some bugs, this new DLC for Vampire Survivors is still “absolutely essential” if you’re a fan of this indie hit (as well as Castlevania).
“It’s simply the best DLC for the game, acting as an amazing tribute to one of our favorite franchises while retaining and expanding on the never-ending addiction of Vampire Survivors. The pile of secrets that await you is anything but lame, and we guarantee you’ll be blown away.”
