Nintendo surprised many fans a few weeks ago when they suddenly announced on Twitter that Everybody 1-2-Switch will be released on Nintendo Switch on June 30th. What made the reveal even more surprising was that Nintendo confirmed the game without any gameplay footage. Actually, instead of a trailer, it was just an image of the game’s title.
Well, it looks like we now know why that was the case, and it might surprise you to hear that it’s not because of the Nintendo Direct taking place tomorrow. Nintendo released a video confirming that they held an Everybody 1-2-Switch “first look party” in Japan featuring 16 content creators from around the world. They could play a game there. You can see Nintendo’s video of the party below, which also includes some gameplay of Everybody 1-2-Switch.
