Beating Pokémon games may feel a lot easier to accomplish these days, but fans have been coming up with ways to make each game stronger for years. A recent interesting attempt to draw our attention is one of Littleant1, who decided to try to eliminate Pokémon Platinum without taking either injury.
Now, if you've played a Pokémon game before, you'll be able to see how amazing that is. Sure, you may have won a lot of your battles and you may not get enough credits, but there are countless trips to the Pokémon Center along the way, which allow you to heal your wounded heroes who are slowly but surely discovering the flow of things out of them.
Littleant1 has written his challenge in the video below, and even the first battle he faces starts off with Piplup as his ally, but eventually realizes that the odds of getting that battle unchecked tend to be wrong (apparently about 0.004%) and try again with Turtwig. Turtwig's choice causes the rival to use Chimchar, whose motivator creates the best of them that doesn't come a hit.
So, after several attempts, the first war was ended. It is now all game left to deal with. From here, we see that Littleant1 spends nine hours just getting to the next Trainer battle and establishing the rules of racing – in fact, he's allowed to save after each Gym battle and, should he do any damage, he should return to the last Gym and try again.
Daycare eventually simplifies things, allowing him to scale his team so that they can measure after making money, but even then that doesn't guarantee an explosion throughout the battle. It's definitely a sightseeing tour, so make sure you give everything a watch.
In total, Littleant1 has accumulated over 138 hours of playtime, which can include all resetting along the way. Well done, sir, for all your accomplishments and patience!
