I hate that we are in this place where we are expected (maybe “encouraged” is a better word, I know we have a choice) to buy a 7 year old game again.
It looks better (but I agree, you don’t seem to like the brightness compared to the darker original look), but that shouldn’t warrant a re-release. I guess Playtonic probably needs some money to make a proper sequel, and that’s what it’s really about. But it’s hard to understand who this is for – if you liked the original, do you really need to buy it again with slightly nicer graphics? And if you haven’t, do you really believe that this will suddenly fix the situation and make it a good game now?
