I don’t have much going on this weekend in terms of games: on Saturday I’m meeting up with friends and on Sunday I’m going to a food festival. Oh, I’m moving too, no big deal. I will play more Final Fantasy VI wherever I can; I could squeeze in about 10 minutes here and there!

I have some friends coming over this weekend so it will probably be a big event for the old board games. Say what you will about whether it’s worth the price (it’s not), but the Nintendo Switch Sports is still a great choice for exactly these occasions, so I’m ready for my golf.
If I have time, I hope to get some more Hollow Knight. I picked it up on sale last week after (embarrassingly) never playing it. At this point I’m about five o’clock and I’m really, really enjoying what I’ve seen so far. You should think about making a sequel sometime…

It’s all Xenoblade Chronicles 3 for me this weekend. I haven’t had much time for Future Redeemed yet, but I’m already loving the four new characters to death, and the new Affinity system is a delight and encourages exploration even better. I can’t wait to see all the crazy Xenoblade lore come to light in the later hours.
That’s probably all I’ll check to be honest. I favorite game in 2022 getting more content is enough to make me happy. Enjoy your weekends, everyone!

I have a few days off this weekend and would love to wrap a Tunic. I’m where [REDACTED] and I collected four out of six [REDACTED]. It’s a beautiful, mysterious game, a real treat, though I miss being [REDACTED] — I really hope so [REDACTED] at some point!
Elsewhere, I went and bought Hollow Knight on sale and wouldn’t mind taking a quick dive before TOTK arrives to destroy us all in two weeks. I want to go back to The Last Worker too. A lot needs to be done in the next few weeks.

I’ll be deep into Metroid Prime Remastered this weekend. I started here the other day and it is absolutely amazing! Graphics, gameplay, music are all in place. I love how this game just doesn’t waste your time, I feel like I’ve experienced so much in the short time I’ve had with it so far. I’m excited to play more and can’t wait to experience what’s in store for me!

The last time I played Advance Wars on the big screen using a Gamecube Game Boy Player was over two decades ago, so you better believe I’ll be continuing to play Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp this weekend and beyond! I hope I get to try The Pathless. Everspace 2 continues to deliver those endless starry skies to plow through. Arcade Archives Galaga ’88 joins last week’s Cosmo Gang: The Video as my quick high score fix.
Game of the week is Xenoblade Chronicles 3! I definitely didn’t expect the Future Redeemed DLC to come out before Summer (or Kingdom Tears), but here I am trying to figure out for the next two weeks why Shulk has a prosthetic right arm and Rex has a killer goatee.
