It’s become common for movies to tease what’s next at the end of the credits, and it looks like the upcoming Mario Movie will be no different.
In an interview with CBR, Mario movie actor Chris Pratt mentions that Nintendo f ans can expect a post-credits scene that potentially teases what could happen after a Mario movie…
“Listen, there’s a post-credits sequence at the end of the movie that gives you a hint of what the sequel might be about. And that makes me really, really excited.”
Pratt even went on to mention the recent talk about a Luigi’s Mansion movie and thinks “that would be great.”
Whatever this scene ends up with after the closing credits, once again it wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen something like this. In addition to what every Marvel movie does today, it also happens in else film adaptations of video games such as Sonic the Hedgehog – with the reveal of some key characters.
There’s still been no official mention of a Mario sequel, but fellow Mario star Seth Rogen recently said he’d also be up for more adventures — in regards to a possible Donkey Kong spinoff.
