In a new interview with Game Reactor, Yoshi-P, the acclaimed director behind the hit MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV, said that the development team is working and progressing to bring the game to “Nintendo consoles.” This is most likely for the successor to the Nintendo Switch, which Nintendo is expected to unveil before March 2025. Final Fantasy XIV is available on PC, Mac, PlayStation and Xbox.
“I’m sure all the media and our players probably doubt that they really want to release our game on Nintendo consoles, but the concept we have for Final Fantasy XIV is to release our game on as many devices as possible.”
“So, I’m looking towards achieving that goal. We are working on it, making progress and having discussions. So I hope everyone can look forward to the news in the time to come.”
