When The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild he came into our lives, he did it with the firm intention of changing the conventions of the franchise while respecting its foundations, and he succeeded tremendously well. However, there is a classic element of the franchise, which, although it is represented in the game, does not take on the same importance as in other installments: the triforce.
In classic zelda games, this legendary symbol is usually divided into three bearers, with Link being the bearer of the Triforce of Courage, Zelda being the bearer of the Triforce of Wisdom, and Ganon being the bearer of the Triforce of Power. Thus, a fight between good and evil breaks out to gain control. Nevertheless, in Breath of the Wild, the antagonist, Ganon, is much fiercerand instead of seeking to seize the Triforce, suddenly plunge the world into darkness.
For that reason, now that peace has been restored to the game world, it is expected that the new events that will be triggered in the sequel will give a little more prominence to the Triforce. Zelda and company may try to learn to control her power, or the new antagonist may try to take it away from her. In any case, there is very little left for us to know more about it, since as you will know, the title will be with us next year.
What do you think? Do you think the Triforce will become more relevant in the next Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? Do not hesitate to leave it in the comments!
