If we are looking for a case for our PC, we can find a large number of models and sizes on the market to cover all needs. In addition, we can also find designs of all kinds, designs that allow users to visually enjoy all the components in addition to the corresponding lighting and to which one more must be added from the manufacturer Alphacool with the Apex Skeleton model .
In the past, like most manufacturers of PC components and accessories, Alphacool took advantage of the CES 2024 framework to present the Apex Skeleton case.
Caja Apex Skeleton
The Apex Skeleton case has a caged design designed so that ventilation inside is not an issue. In addition, it offers enough space to provide the modularity that many users are looking for to create the perfect PC with the different options of liquid refrigeration
The upper and lower panels, as well as the tray where the plate is located, are made of carbon fiber, this represents a significant reduction in its weight. The right and left panels are in tinted tempered glass and the frame that holds the entire structure is in steel
This case includes a reservoir that aligns perfectly with the design of the box and components and that we can combine with any pump or accessory we want to use.
Respect to price and availability of this fully modular box from Alphacook, for the moment it is not official, just as the manufacturer has not revealed what the launch price of this box will be.
In addition to this Alphacool model, during CES 2024 we saw the commitment of other manufacturers in terms of PC cases, and which we talked to you about in HardZone, such as The Tower 300 from Thermaltake, the Dark Base Pro 901 and 701 from Be Quiet! in white, in addition to DeepCool boxes of up to 7 colors and one in the shape of a shark, although the latter is not a box sold independently but rather includes all the components necessary to be a complete device.
Also new Apex Stealth fans
Alphacool also took advantage of the CES framework to announce the range of Apex Stealth fans (which we had the opportunity to test at the end of December), fans with an external metal chassis available in different finishes and colors: silver chrome, matte black, gold and matte white
Under the metal frame there is another in polycarbonate on which the structure rests and which is slightly separated from the outer frame by a structure responsible for absorbing the vibrations that it generates during operation.
The air dissipation capacity varies between 100 and 149 m3/hour and spins at a maximum of 3,000 rpm. It has a consumption of 6.6W, a lifespan of 100,000 hours at 25º C. The 120 mm model (the only one available) has a width of 25 mm and a weight of 320 grams.
According to the manufacturer, the noise level generated by this new range of fans is very similar to those it also offers us in the high range. This model is now only available in 120 mm at a price of 29.98 dollars.
