Black Friday and Cyber Monday are now in the rearview mirror, but Microsoft discounts are better than ever.
The company’s new Surface Laptop 5, which has been on sale for less than a month in the US, is still available at deep discounts. The Microsoft Store is selling the 13.5-inch Intel Core i5 model with 8GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD for $899.99, almost $100 cheaper than the RRP.
But if you’re looking for something with more power, there’s even better. Doubling the storage to 512GB will net you an impressive $350 discount. It’s only $949.99 – less than Black Friday!
Most other models are available for $300 less than usual, while there are $200 or $300 discounts on all 15-inch versions.
It’s unclear how long these prices will stick around, but they’re much deeper discounts than you’d expect so soon after launch.
If you’re seriously considering a new thin and light laptop, it’s worth grabbing hold of while you can. Surface Laptop 5 offers everything most people want, combining the latest Intel processors with a high-quality touchscreen and premium design.
While not a huge upgrade over the Surface Laptop 4, this device was already one of the best laptops you can buy.
The Surface Laptop 5 wasn’t released until November 8 in the UK, so unfortunately there’s no discount. Your best bet is Currys, who are offering up to £190 off when you trade in your old laptop.
