ASUS introduced the GeForce RTX 2060 DUAL Mini series, specifically designed to compete with the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT, and at a price to match the EVGA RTX 2060 KO.
This series has two cards that look exactly the same, separated by clock speed: the reference speed «DUAL-RTX2060-6G-MINI» and the excessive DUAL-RTX2060-O6G-MINI placement. The standard DUAL Mini design board measures 19.7 cm long, 12.1 cm high and about 2 Slots thick.
The cooling solution of the ASUS RTX 2060 DUAL Mini features a decorated aluminum heatsink that makes direct contact with the GPUs at the bottom; ventilated by 90 mm Axial-Tech fans. The focus of these followers includes the IP5X dust resistance barrier. The card also provides fan function that doesn't.
The RTX 2060 DUAL Mini base model runs on NVIDIA clock speed, while the DUAL Mini O6G offers faster base speed of 1365 MHz and 1725 MHz GPU Boost (as opposed to the 1365/1680 MHz reference speed). Memory clock is not affected on both cards, at 14 Gbps (GDDR6 active).
The card draws power from one 8-power PCIe connector. Outputs shown include each DVI-D connector for connectors, HDMI 2.0b and DisplayPort 1.4. The cards don't seem to have a plate in the back. The DUAL Mini is expected to be priced at USD $ 299 and the DUAL Mini O6G for an extra $ 20-30.
