Contrary to what many users think, PC case design still has a lot to offer us and we’re not talking about weird animal-shaped designs. Neither in terms of the materials used, but in terms of the classic design of the columns that support the structure of the tower. The latest example is from the manufacturer Compucase which has just presented the Cougar FV270 series.
If we talk about the FV270 cabinet series, we are talking about a pillarless cabinet that removes the column on the left side of the cabinet (viewed from the front), and uses heat-tempered glass curved to support the weight of the case and which extends from the side to the front, being one of the best cases that can be found on the market to highlight the interior of any PC.
New Pillarless PC Cases from Compucase
The FV270 series of Compucase PC cases is compatible with E-ATX motherboards (in addition to ATX and Mini-ATX) and is therefore ready to meet any user’s future needs in terms of cooling, components and much more.
It is designed to offer the best possible cooling since it allows you to add up to 9 Fans with different configurations of 120 and 140 mm as well as water radiators with capacities from 140 mm to 360 mm.
Features up to 5 dust filters To protect the interior of the equipment, filters located at the top, rear, side of the plate and bottom so that dust does not harm the aesthetics of the interior. The top and bottom disassemble quickly without the use of tools and expand access options to the interior of the case.
The number of storage units What the Cougar FV270 case offers is one of the largest on the market and can accommodate 2 2.5 inch HDD storage units and 4 2.5 inch SSD units, without cutting those included on the card and has 7 Expansion slots on the back.
Since it is an E-ATX plate compatible case, the largest of all, there is enough space inside to use it graphics cards up to 450 mm in length, power supplies up to 250 mm deep and processor cooling system up to 180 mm in height.
in a dimensions 530mm high, 512mm long and 268mm wide and weighs 14kg. As for connectivity options, the front of the Cougar FV270 series includes one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port, two USB 3.0 Type A ports, and a jack port for connecting headphones and a microphone.
