It's a battle that, without a doubt, is a no-brainer and although some months later, it looks like Intel will launch a war where AMD had it on the ground and a sword pointed at its throat.
In a turn of events with a variety of actions, it appears that the blue dwarf will compare his enemy's battle with the construction of less-developed buildings, the lithographic process more than the illusion and over-belief of the band's auxiliary product to the wound that crosses from its side.
Intel Core i9-10900K: few cores and almost the same effect
Intel is only taking oxygen, wounding it for sure, but it's still David against Goliath when the giant has lost a good part of the fight. Recent leaks of its advanced gaming CPU and therefore on the broad market have left very unchanged scores internally Geekbench 5
The output of this new CPU marks points 1437 points it's just one context too 11390 points at multi core. For comparison, the 9-9900KS which is a real replacement, is a success 1412 points it's just one context too 9458 points at multi core.
When we compare scores with the nucleus, the fact is that they are not surprising but rather disappointing when we look at that, in a sense, i9-10900K would you prefer 5.3 GHz with TVB, poor cooling or maybe not enough to select that frequency? It is possible, but we will never know. The case is that the difference is small, making it obvious that they were both at 5 GHz.
For multi-core the more powerful variants are more powerful, but they are also not compatible with the cores increase of the new 9-10900K, since they get 25% cores but only 20% many points.
Intel will compete with AMD as before: thanks to the frequency
As if we live to be remembered, the eternal battle between AMD vs Intel returns to reveal the cores vs. it's usually and unlike the battle that had Athlon 64 as its rivals, the Ryzen 3000 won't be that easy.
And even though AMD has lost a single-core war even though its IPC is higher or higher than Intel, in the majority of the mode it can defend itself. The Ryzen 9 3900X, a direct competitor of the 9-10900K, is achieving it 1279 points and 12134 points respectively at the same location.
This leaves some difference in the multi-core 6.53% favoring AMD, this counts with 2 cores and 4 threads higher than Intel. To this we must add that for the first time, we do not know the type of memory used by both of them and also do not know how to fix the problem of Intel platform, microcodes or UEFI types, so as often happens, scores can improve.
In any case, it looks like there's actually going to be a fight on the high-speed processor and that Intel's "weak point" will no longer be the same type of processors.
