However, if you bought a Now subscription for something specific, you might be considering canceling it – after all, monthly subscriptions can add up over time, and saving pennies is a priority for many. between us in 2023.

How to cancel a Now subscription
This method should apply to all Now subscriptions, including Entertainment, Movies, Sports, Hayu, and Boost. As far as we know, each membership must be canceled individually.
We canceled our subscription through a web browser on a laptop – Now recommend using a PC or tablet rather than a smartphone.

Go to the Now website and click on “My Account”

Click “Manage Account” from the homepage

Click on ‘NOW Membership’

How to cancel now if you’re paying through another provider
If you signed up for Now through BT, Apple, Amazon or TalkTalk, you’ll need to cancel separately through those providers. For Apple, you can manage it through your subscriptions on your phone. Amazon users can manage it in the section called Memberships and Subscriptions.
BT and TalkTalk users should contact their provider by telephone.
