First, you have to emphasize one thing, and there are mechanical keys whose transformers are connected and playable, which means we can remove them without welding. Unfortunately, many keyboards are holding the switch and this is not possible, so we will have to specify a changed button and a new vendor manually if we want to fix it.
What resources are needed?
This will have to change the key on the machine keyboard. If your keyboard is one of the plug and play switches, then you won't need any heating equipment.
There are inexpensive purchases that already include just about everything we need in terms of welding tools.
How to change the key on an active keyboard
The first step is obviously to open the keyboard. As a general rule we have to start remove all lips keys so they can reach the screws and, however, so they don't stop us from jumping. Removing weights will have to be dragged, and in most cases a tool is included to do it easily, but we can do it with our fingers or with a small screwdriver.
Now we have to remove the keyboard cover to access the electronic board and its replacement. This is usually done by removing some of the screws that may be present on the front and bottom of the keyboard, or under the label or damaged rubber.
If your keyboard has plugs and plays the keys skip this step.
Now we have to find the switch that doesn't work, and on the front side of the PCB, burn two tin points to get the machine fired.
If your keyboard has plugs and plays keys, you don't need to specify sales points, just drag the button to remove it.
To remove the tin, the tool tool includes metals that when hot, will fetch it.
Now, once the tin has been removed, we have to release the switch, and generally we will need the tool we mentioned above, although we can also do it more creatively and experiment with retailers.
Now we have to go through a dynamic process, which is to place a new switch and resell it. To do this, we simply put it in place (when the buttons are connected and played, the above is left, we simply remove one and put the other), and underneath it sell both connectors for a small tin.
In this step you have to be very careful not to burn anything (or burn yourself), and not to put too much weight, which is the right thing to become a soldier.
Check the keyboard and combine everything
Before the final step, which might put everything together, it is recommended that with an empty keyboard we plug it into the PC and test it if the switch is working properly, because otherwise, it will be easier to change and make sure we do not break anything.
In the end, if everything works out the way it should, it only remains to re-assemble everything and enjoy our already upgraded keyboard.
