The "compatible" toner is usually quite cheap, because It costs a fifth of what it costs the original toner. However, their effects may not be entirely good, and in fact, some of the associated tones even give problems. So sometimes it pays more to buy oil-based ink and re-apply the tone for us, as long as we're talking about the original manufacturer's tone, which will work better without a doubt.
In any case, know in advance that it is a fake operation, because in general Original toners are not intended to be reproduced, so even though it's not that complicated, it's like we say, it's a clutter (especially since you'll put everything lost in the dust with almost complete security). Having said that, let's go there.
Prerequisites
Logically, you will need toner powder, if the same manufacturer can say that it fits your printer model. Here we give you an example of HP printers and the other is Brother, in both cases only black.
Obviously, you'll need to find the color powder that toner you want to re-apply. If your printer is monochrome you will only need a black powder, but if it is colored and you need to fill in and the tones are colored, you will also need to purchase in addition blue, red and yellow.
In addition to toner powder, you will need (or at least recommend) the following items:
- Gloves.
- A plastic dump trying to color as little as possible.
- More scarf.
- The pills.
- Cutt ing pipes.
- Tea installation.
How to fill a Toner on a Laser Printer
The first thing you should do is remove the toner from the printer, then find out where you have the deposit. It is usually in cylindrical shape, and you will see that on one side it is empty but on the other side is a round metal type. It is this cover that we have to remove so that we can put the dust in there.
This cap, as we mentioned, is usually designed to be removable (but all tones have to be able to fill the toner with dust in the factory) and for this reason it is very difficult to remove the cap. You will have to install a screwdriver and pry, using pliers. In some toner products it is literally greased and you will have to use cutting pipes to be able to "force" the lid to appear.
* Of course, if you can't find it and want to fill any costs, if you're sure where the tank is you can drain the hole with a drill, and put the powder in there (and you'll have to cover it well with an American tape in this case). We do not recommend this method.
Now wear your gloves, if you haven't already. Usually a toner powder refill has a shape head, but if your buyer does not have one, you can make a brush with paper towel. The important thing is to make sure that as little dust as possible (although no toxins) escapes. Time to add the powder inside the tone to fill.
When completed, we recommend pressing it with a screw screw handle to make it inside. Once this is done, you can continue to put a cap, and we recommend add one or two strands of electrical tile to make sure it doesn't open again freely.
Once this is done, we recommend cleaning the entire tone with a piece of paper in the kitchen to be clean before placing it on the printer again. The process, as you can see, can be somewhat difficult because of how dirty it is to work with ink powder, but in fact without the lid opening phase, the more expensive, the simplest process is.
