In the 2020 edition, he has chosen another country: Saudi Arabia. For the first time in more than four decades of history, participants will travel across the Asian continent only. They will move from Jeddah to Qiddiyah.
The last time the Spaniard won the Dakar Rally recently was in 2018, when celebrity Carlos Sainz won the car race. He had already done it in 2010, while Nani Roma was doing it in 2014.

The Dakar Rally 2020 will depart from January 5 in the city of Saudi Jeddah. Two weeks later, we will meet the winners with the arrival of Al-Qiddiya participants on January 17.
