1. Open Netflix, choose your profile (if you have more than one) and, in the upper right corner, by pressing the icon with your profile picture, choose the ‘Account’ option.
2. A new window will open, scroll down to the “Package Details” section and choose the option ‘Change plan’.
3. In the next window, you will see all the plan options available on Netflix. The package to which you are subscribed appears in a blue box. In my case, as you can see in the image below, I am subscribed to the basic package.
4. You will need to choose the “Basic with Ads” option and click “Continue”.
5. Finally, a confirmation message will appear explaining the plan change conditions. click on ‘Confirm change’ for the change to take effect.
