Every June, the prairies of Somerset are teeming with art and music thanks to the Glastonbury Festival. It is one of the most famous in the world and also one of the most interesting in the UK and beyond.
This year again because of the pandemic, the public hippie and crazy people who usually attend shows will have to be content to watch them from their living room. But it also means that they can be seen from anywhere on the planet.
Coldplay is back at the top of the bill, having been headliner four times and appearing in two other editions. The British rock group is accompanied by others like HAIM or Wolf Alice.

How to watch the Glastonbury 2021 concert live
This year the only way to follow Glastonbury’s performances will be to purchase a ticket to see them live. In previous editions, it was possible to see them for free, but since it’s not in person, that’s the only way to make it profitable.
You can buy the ticket on the official website. You need to choose the time zone that works best for you. In Europe the price is 23 $, while in all of America the price is in US dollars: $ 27.50.
If you also want to get an official poster, the price goes up to $ 50 / $ 60. While this is considerably more, please be aware that all proceeds from the sale of the poster will go to Stagehand to help performing arts workers affected by the pandemic.
From the organization of the festival, they wanted to clarify that the concert can not be seen again once it has taken place, so keep an eye on your email. Seven days before its celebration, you will receive an email with the link to be able to enjoy it live.
Will the Glastonbury concert in 2021 be seen on TV?
This is the first time that a paid live concert has been organized, so it will be the only way to enjoy it. In the pre-pandemic editions of the festival, it could be followed by the BBC, but that will not be the case in 2021.
However, later some TVs may acquire its rights to be able to broadcast them, in which case we will update this article with all the information. It is also possible that Glastonbury’s own YouTube channel uploads a video of the performances.
