We'll have to wait until March 2020 (less and less) to see the model behind the current Huawei P30. Possibly, Huawei introduced three Huawei P40 new phones: standard, Pro and Lite (more economical). We've also seen 5G compatible transitions over this period.
We also know that Huawei has announced its Harmony (Hongmeng China) operating system, and it is highly likely that the Huawei 2020 Flagship will implement this new operating system instead of Android. What we do not know is whether this program will convince the public.
At an IFA event taking place in September, the company unveiled details on the Kirin 990, which will be the new processor that will make the new Huawei P40 live.
The Kirin 990 SiC first appeared when the Huawei Mate was launched on September 19. It is a very powerful chip that acts as a 5G modem, has eight basic CPUs, 16-GPUs and three NPUs used for artificial intelligence.
Huawei claims that this processor works 10% faster than the Snapdragon 855 and 35% more energy efficient.
Who will follow Huawei P30 to be named?
However, we are not so sure that the P30 successor is P40. Huawei likes to keep us alert about its family of high-end phones.
After the P7 dropped the nickname & # 39; Ascend & # 39 ;, but continued the sequences of numbers with P8 and P9. When the P Series reached double digits, it jumped straight from P10 to P20, and in 2019 to P30. By 2020 we will see the P40, even though the company has registered the names P300, P400 and P500, reaching P1000, so Huawei's next flag is probably P400.
It's still about seven months before the launch, so there's not much mature information about the new Huawei phone – but we can predict, as will the more successful Kirin 980 available on the P30 line.
The Kirin 990 is a Huawei house processor, and is thought to be the second-generation Soc that uses the EUV manufacturing process. It will be released later this year with the October launch of Huawei Mate 30. You can expect the Balong 5000 5G modem with better performance, efficiency and AI (Artificial Intelligence) capabilities.
In the meantime, the first 5nm are unexpected processors until later in 2020 – we'll probably see them for the first time on the Huawei Mate 40 (or Mate 400) in October 2020.
In design, things will always be the same, but the screen notch can be left in favor of a boat with a digging machine or an emerging camera, and it is said that the edges will be more square.
The screen itself can be mounted and replaced with a Quad solution instead of Full-HD +, or find that Full-HD + screens are not common among Chinese phone manufacturers hoping to keep the price low and promote long-term battery
The current P30 Pro has four cameras, but on the P40 Pro we're told there may be a fifth sensor, making it the second camera phone and pentagonal lens behind the Nokia 9. And that's not all there, as the Huawei P series is known for its excellent photographic capabilities.

When will the Huawei P40 go on sale?
Huawei traditionally prefers to launch its own brand behind the MWC in Barcelona so that its issues do not get lost amid all the hype that it will replace Stage S11, Xiaomi Mi 10, LG G9 and more.
In 2019 we saw the company bring in the P30 on March 26 and go on sale on April 5. Similar dates are expected for the 2020 Huawei P40.
How much does the Huawei P40 cost?
The price of the P30 family at launch starts at 799 euros for the standard model and 999 for the Pro model. This was 100 euros more than its predecessor, which means we will see an additional 100 euros in I-2020. Obviously, we'll have to pay far more for a model called 5G.
In short: we wish to have the Huawei P40 with a brand new Kirin 990 processor, even if it has an Android app. In the meantime, don't give up the idea of this article as we promise to keep it updated with the new Huawei P40 update.
