There is already an official release date for the new graphics cards NVIDIA will bring to market to kill two birds with one stone. On the one hand, NVIDIA is launching a fresh and renewed product in the market in two key aspects, while on the other hand, it is ahead of AMD in the low range with the possible sales that this implies. The launch is closer than initially expected, so we will have to be vigilant.
Regarding the freshness of the product itself, Nvidia will logically position two new models which will undoubtedly replace and supplant the gap from the existing ones. The RTX 3090 Ti will leave out its younger sibling RTX 3090 and the RTX 3070 Ti will do the same with the RTX 3070, mainly because they incorporate key upgrades such as mining coating and in the case of the smaller one. 16 GB of VRAM
NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti – Release D ate
An official leaked document for NVIDIA partners showed a series of very specific dates with their respective times for the three graphics cards which will arrive in just a month and a half. The first is the one that will be the top of the RTX 30 series and with it the fastest graphics card created for gaming to date: the RTX 3090 Ti.
The release date will be January 27 at 6:00 a.m. PST which is the same on 3 p.m. in Europe. This means that we are closer than expected at first and that the rumors were better than they seemed, since it should first arrive in the first quarter of 2022 and then specify that it would be no later than February. .
There is more surprise with the RTX 3070 Ti, which will be announced in just 9 days, the December 17th, to be launched against all odds on January 11. In addition, the latest information indicates that there are no changes in the benefits of this card beyond the increase in 16 GB in its VRAM, so unless there is a problem with memory, the performance will be the same because the specs are built into the chip as well as its frequencies.
RTX 3050 share date
Surprisingly, there is related information on what is perhaps the most desired graphics card around: the RTX 3050. The smallest of the whole series will hit the market on the same day as the fastest, that is, it will be available to buy the January 27, 2022. For the moment there is not much information on this card beyond that it will have 8 GB of GDDR6, the rest are rumors (GA106-150, 128 bit bus).
The same dynamic happens for the 12 GB RTX 3080, where beyond the GA102-220 chip and the size of the VRAM, there is no confirmed information about it and we do not have a launch date, which is curious because it is about probably the most interesting high-end graphics card.
The only thing we do know is that it will arrive next year where it says it would be in Q1, but then why isn’t NVIDIA presenting it already taking advantage of the allure? from the rest of the range?
