The back of the device will likely feature a redesigned camera island and the phone could come in multiple color options including black, white, blue, and pink.
The Find X8 and Find X8 Pro models are expected to have a glass back, giving them a premium look and feel.

It can also be used to lock focus or shoot with variable pressure, potentially providing more customizable options for users.
Additionally, a recent image shared by Oppo Product Manager Pete Lau compares the Find X8 to the iPhone 16 Pro, highlighting the slim bezels of both devices, with the Find 45 mm (depending on Ice Universe), potentially the thinnest on the market.
An additional image of the standard Find X8 has also appeared on Weibo. While the front design seems confirmed, the rear design remains uncertain due to conflicting leaks.
The front features a flat screen with an ultra-thin bezel and a centered camera hole, making it one of the thinnest bezels in the industry, according to Ice Universe. The power, lock, and volume buttons are on the right, while the alert slider is on the left.

One notable feature that can be seen is Oppo’s version of Apple’s Dynamic Island. This means that the Find X8 may look even more like the iPhone 16 than previously thought.
Performance
It has been confirmed that MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9400 chipset will debut on the Find X8 series. The new flagship promises big improvements in performance and power efficiency, as well as a focus on AI features.
However, it is not yet clear which Find X8 models will use the Dimensity 9400. Oppo could continue its approach to the Find especially with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 coming soon.
According to Geekbench testing results, the Dimensity 94000 phone can achieve scores of 2,876 for single-core performance and 8,987 for multi-core performance. The chip uses a big-core structure with 1 Cortex-X5 core clocked at 3.4 GHz, 3 Cortex-X4 cores at 3.3 GHz, and 4 Cortex-A720 cores at 2.4 GHz.

Cameras
Cameras have always been a strong point of the Find X series and the Find X8 is expected to continue this trend.
The standard model will likely feature a triple-camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 3x periscope telephoto lens.
The Pro version could add an additional 10x periscope lens, providing superior zoom capabilities.

According to Digital Chat Station, the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will feature four 50Mp cameras, similar to its predecessor, the Find X7 Ultra.
According to a leak, two of these cameras will be periscope telephoto lenses. However, unlike the Find X7 Ultra, the Find X8 Ultra would skip the Sony IMX858 sensor, used for 6x optical zoom in the previous model.
Although specific details of the sensor remain unclear, it is suggested that the Find X8 Ultra’s camera capabilities could exceed those of the Vivo X100 Ultra’s 200Mp periscope telephoto lens.
Battery and charging
The standard Find X8 is rumored to pack a 5,600mAh battery, while the Pro model could feature a slightly larger 5,700mAh battery. Both models are expected to support 100W wired fast charging, ensuring users can charge their devices quickly and efficiently.

Additionally, Oppo could adopt silicon-carbon battery technology, which could further improve battery life and durability.
Software
The Oppo Find X8 series will likely run on ColorOS, based on Android 14, when it launches in China. However, an update to Android 15 will likely be available by the time it arrives in Europe.
