The next special edition graphics card will come from ASUS in collaboration with AMD as the former announced via its website. The video game theme of this special edition is Warhammer 40000: Space Marine 2.
Radeon RX 7000 inspired by Warhammer 40000
As of now, ASUS has not confirmed which SKU will have this new special edition and the only thing that is known is that it is one or more models of AMD’s Radeon RX 7000 series and, like ASUS products focused on the gaming audience, is available in the TUF Gaming series.
As can be read in the statement in which ASUS announced this special edition, ASUS and AMD have joined forces with Focus Entertainment to design a Limited Edition GPU Designed with the theme of the Warhammer 40,000 universe and Demetrian Titus, hero of Space Marine 2, as a special tribute to the Warhammer community.
This limited edition inspired by the Warhammer 40000 universe will be officially presented on August 23, the last day of the Gamescom which is celebrated in Germany. To celebrate this exclusive launch, in the coming days a raffle will be announced that will take place on August 20, where users will be able to participate and win this exclusive model whose price, as we mentioned above, is currently unknown.
During the presentation of this new Warhammer 40000-inspired graphic, some units will also be raffled off among the participants, so if you plan on attending this event, be sure to mark this date on your calendar.
Warhammer 40000: Space Marine 2 is a video game third person shooter
It takes place during the Indomitus Era War and where the main enemies of the game are the Tyrannicals (an insectoid race that consumes all types of biomaterials) and the forces of Chaos.
Space Marine 2 features 2 game modes: PvE and PvP. Each allows players to choose from 6 available classes, ranging from the unyielding Bulwark and his combat shield to the stealthy Sniper and his cloak. In addition, it includes a cooperative mode for 3 players.
This title will hit the market on September 9th and will be available for Windows, consoles Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S And PlayStation 5.
AMD’s most recent collaborations with video game launches can be found with Star field and with Avatar: Pandora’s Borders. In both cases, the graphics card used for this edition was the Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
