Sonic Mania is a relatively new game (it was released in August 2017), but as you will assume given that it is based on the classic SEGA console, it doesn’t have too high a system configuration to run on PC. For its part, Horizon Chase Turbo is an indie game released in May 2018, but as an indie game the system requirements are not too demanding.

Just click on it and hit the get button to “buy” at zero cost i.e. the process is the same as buying any game, but the cost is literally zero , so it is free.
Once you purchase, the game will be part of your digital game library and be yours forever. As for the system requirements to run this title (which has been optimized to run at 60 FPS, by the way), they are as follows:

It is at least curious that for this game the developer does not differentiate between the minimum and recommended requirements, and in fact he does not even specify a specific graphics card, so in principle with any GPU (even iGPU) compatible with DirectX 9 you can run it at 60 FPS without problems.

Like the Sonic game, Horizon Chase Turbo is also free in the Epic Games Store and the way to get it is exactly the same: you can access it through the link we just put, sign in and “buy it” at zero cost, or you can go into Epic Launcher if you have it installed and do the same from there, as you can easily find it in the free games banner in the store section.

You’ve seen it before, really to play either of these two games you won’t need a gaming PC, but they will work just fine even on mini PCs like Intel NUC or on PCs. laptops designed for office use as they don’t have too demanding requirements to say and, however, both are games that can be quite addicting, so we recommend that you get them taking advantage of the fact that they are now free.
