We start our list with this game which only has a score of 48, quite low. Although the promise of immersing players in the intriguing world of Robin Hood had a lot of potential to be amazing, Clumsy controls and very boring story made this game a monotonous experience. 4. Testament: The Order of the High Human

3. The Lord of the Rings: Gollum

2. Greyhill Incident
More than an incident, this game looks like an accident (beware of the joke). Taking one of the most notorious cases in the UFO world as a starting point, this game could have been good. 1. Flashback 2
With a score of 35 and crowned worst PC game of the year, Flashback 2 attempted to capitalize on nostalgia for its famous predecessor, but it in no way managed to capture the original magic.
