What are cheap heatsinks? We won't talk about the 10 euros models, because they are less efficient than the heatsinks, but we won't go to the final models 60-100 euros either. For this reason, we will establish a limit of 30 euros more on this list, with the models that "rate" themselves accordingly. Having said that, let's go there.
Arctic Freezer 12
This is the quintessential heintink for low efficiency, and although it has only 92mm fans, it is quite quiet and capable of supplying up to 130 watts of TDP. In fact, with 65 watt processors if the case is correctly entered, it can even be used in input mode. A good investment, without a doubt.
Thermaltake Contac 9
This Thermaltake heatsink also features a 92mm fan, and is outstanding for its three-dimensional precision heat pumps that promise to eliminate full heat with up to 120W TDP processors.
DeepCool GAMMAX GTE V2
This Deepatsol heatsink has four copper burners of 6mm diameter and a 120mm PWM fan with white LED; In total, it can waste heat generated by up to 140W TDP processors without problems, and without spending 100 euros on it.
DeepCool GAMMAX 400
Slightly easier than before, this is another heatsink and has four copper burners and a 120mm PWM machine (this time with blue LEDs). The manufacturer does not indicate its TDP, but based on its features it should be able to process 95W of TDP without any problems.
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
This is another heatsink par art that someone would recommend if you have a low budget. It has four heat wolves and a 120mm PWM forum without LEDs, and overall you can cool up to 120W TDP though, so keep in mind that at least its fans are making too much noise.
Scythe Katana 3
In the list of "best heatsinks", whatever it is, the Strategy is immortal. This Katana 3 has three brass clips that work like six, and the design of the spam tower also works to cool the elements around the processor. Allows you to process processors up to 120W TDP.
Cooler Master Hyper TX3i
Another cheap Cooler Master heatsink is the TH3i, which has three heat pipes and a 92mm fan. It is very expensive, but it is displayed on up to 95W TDP processors.
Enermax ETC-N31
We conclude with a list of cheap PC heatsinks with this Enermax model, with three copper heaters, 92mm clips and cooling power displayed in the processor up to 95W of TDP.
