Xbox Series X and Microsoft’s Microsoft launch this week, on the 10th, while SONY’s PS5 has not yet been launched in Spain, it was released yesterday in other countries. In both cases, the next-gen Xbox Series X and PS5 consoles are already giving some users a headache due to a variety of problems, which we will tell you now.
Problems with Xbox Series X: the console shuts itself off
This isn’t the most common mistake from what’s seen so far, but there have been a number of users complaining that their new Xbox Series X refuses to start any games. In fact, as soon as you start the game and load the GPU offer, the console closes directly.
The first Xbox Series X has begun to fail. This is for me. Everything is amazing!
It is not yet known why this is appropriate, but because few users have reported these problems it may be due to the manufacturing aspect of a particular industry (these things happen, of course) and not a common problem, as most users are able to enjoy their console without problems.
It also seems that, due to the current stock shortage of Xbox Series X, troublesome users are very angry with Microsoft for its empty response when they change the new console.
No, the Xbox Series X does not smoke above, which is a lie
In recent days you will have noticed, perhaps as many online media outlets in the industry have heard, that the Xbox Series X consoles many from above or has been turned off. You do not have to be an expert on electronics to know that this information was completely false, since no part of the console can release such clouds of smoke in any way, even if its contents are on fire.
In fact, one user has already suggested a very simple way to “trick” this effect of the fuming console with the help of “vape”, as you can see below.
Personally, in the HardZone team we’ve seen over the years things “explode” and emit white smoke (always, from bad capacitors), and we can tell you from now on that you hear a very small explosion (about 10 times under a firecracker) and a cloud comes out. a small amount of white smoke, almost 100 times that of the videos. To emit a smoke cloud of these dimensions, as 100 capacitors will have to explode simultaneously (and the sound is audible, obviously) and it is impossible for such a large continuous cloud to emerge.
Unfortunately, many media outlets echo these stories announcing this fact with great joy, but as we have said, you do not have to be an expert to understand that it was a fake user-made malicious intent.
PS5 problems: the SSD console suffers from premature death
Not only has the Xbox Series X caused problems, but the first SONY PS5 consoles are also starting to fail. Like the Xbox problem, it seems at the moment there are some differences and it is not uncommon among users, so there really is no reason to worry.
The problem apparently lies in the SSD or PS5 controller, which required data reconstruction in order to, after a few attempts, “die” and refuse to work again. This happened to a video game analyst.

In this case it looks like SONY is behaving and, in addition to the fact that SONY was very attentive to help the user try to solve the problem, it took very little time to send a new unit to replace the one that had the error.

In any case and even if it seems to be isolated and isolated issues, both the PS5 and Xbox Series X give users the first problems. Not at all shocking and actually normal, there are times when products come out with production problems and in that there is a guarantee law.
