The heatsink placed on Intel's new LGA1200 platform (Comet Lake S code) is the same as all LGA115x sockets (LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155, LGA1156). Therefore, all Noctua CPU coolers support LGA115x and support LGA1200 and do not require mounting updates. Many other models not compatible with the LGA115x can be made compatible with the free NM-i115x kit.
