Even though it didn’t manage to reach the levels of fame of its older sister, the Nintendo DS, that doesn’t mean it was a console that had good exclusives, no, the following. It’s true that they’re all very good, but which ones are the best of all?
The best of Nintendo 3DS in three dimensions
Our way of paying tribute to a console so loved by young gamers is that we have once again investigated, with our colleagues at Metacritic, which are these titles that should not be missed. No excuses. That being said, let’s begin:
5. Pushmo
An indecent amount of puzzle games have been released on the Nintendo 3DS. While there have been many of these types, Pushmo is, according to Metacritic reviews, the best of them all. The best part is its visual section, which is really cuquiand its simple but highly addictive puzzles. It has an excellent score of 90 on Metacritic.
4. Super Mario 3D Land
Perhaps we are facing the most underrated Mario game of this century. This title introduced many mechanics that would become modern standards for the character. Its graphics remain surprisingly good even 13 years after its release. If you want to play it, it has an impressive score of 90 on Metacritic.
3. The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
Very often, we tend to forget that there are titles of The Legend of Zelda on handheld consoles, and many of them are really good. Link Between Worlds often doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, which we think is unfair, since it has nothing to envy more modern games. It has a 91 on Metacritic.
2. Fire Emblem Awakening 3DS
Talking about Fire Emblem means talking about one of the most iconic sagas (joke alert) of role-playing games. Although their titles are usually aimed at desktop consoles, that doesn’t mean that some of the games they’ve released for handhelds are really good. Specifically, the one released on 3DS has a very decent score of 92 on Metacritic.
1. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
Ocarina of Time This is one of the most iconic Zelda games in history. Having said that, This 3DS version has helped bring this beloved story closer to new generations.. The 3D handled by the console allowed you to immerse yourself more in the atmosphere that the game presented to us. Its score is really good, more precisely 94 out of 100 on Metacritic.
What about you? What’s your favorite 3DS exclusive? By the way, do you still have a working Nintendo 3DS? Honestly, we do, and despite the evolution of consoles, even today we still try from time to time.
