By that readability, the decision is clear: black text on a white background is very good for the eyes, both the properties of color and light and the human eye. White indicates each color wavelength, which means that our irises do not need to turn on to receive enough light, leaving them in their normal position. Because the lens is not damaged by the wide iris, we can see things in greater detail, especially a different color such as black, which actually absorbs the wavelengths rather than reflecting them.
