The famous Six Nations rugby tournament will begin later this week. With plenty of games available to watch live on a range of platforms, here’s where and when to watch all the games on TV or streaming online, no matter where you are in the world.
Last year, Ireland won the championship with a Grand Slam for the first time since 2018. They remain one of the main contenders for the title this year, but face stiff competition, making this event a must-have.
Six Nations 2024: schedule and TV channels
Below we have a list of all Six Nations matches across the five weeks. You can see the date, who’s playing, kick-off time and which channel it’s on in the UK. All times are GMT and the first team is playing at home.

Watch the Six Nations online for free
Every match in the tournament will be broadcast on BBC One or ITV One in the UK (dates, times and channels above), so you can tune in on your TV or online. All Wales matches will also be shown on S4C.
To watch live online via PC or laptop, you can use the BBC or ITV streaming services, iPlayer and ITVX.
You can choose to pay for ITVX Premium if you want to watch ad-free, but not for live streams, and for simultaneous streams and downloads. There’s a 7-day free trial, then it’s £5.99 or £59.99 per year.
There will also be a highlights show on BBC One called Six Nations Rugby Special, hosted by Ugo Monye. This will be available on BBC Two and iPlayer from 6pm on Sunday.
If you’re not watching through a web browser, the apps can be downloaded to a phone or tablet for free from the App Store or Google Play.
If you don’t have an unlimited mobile data contract on your phone or tablet, you need to make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi to avoid high data charges.

Watch the Six Nations abroad

Who are the favorites to win the Six Nations?
According to the bookmakers, France is the favorite, with odds of 11/10. They are closely followed by Ireland, last year’s champions, at 6/4. England are currently ranked third, at 13/2.
