One of the best things PC games have over console games are mods. These not only add new options to the games, but some are real facelifts. As is the case with NaturalVision evolvedand modify the GTA V which gives a graphical level to the game that makes it look like another generation.
It’s been over a decade since the fifth installment of Grand Theft Auto and we’re still waiting for the sixth. However, Rockstar doesn’t seem to be in a rush, as their game is always in the limelight thanks to its online mode. Unsurprisingly, just look at the large number of people still playing and roleplaying on some streaming platforms. Of course, we can’t forget the recent “remaster” on next-gen consoles, which was disappointing to say the least, at least visually.

Currently Natural Vision Evolved only works with the single player version of the game and yet, you will not be able to use it with GTA Online. However, the improvement in visual quality is impressive. Of course, this is a Work in Progress, so it’s not completely finished and hasn’t received any improvements to its final state yet.
What these modifications mainly do is replace things like the 3D models of the various models in the game, the game textures and the shader programs to give them a better visual treatment. As well as adding code to the graphics engine and extending the visual capabilities it can provide. In other words, it’s almost a reinvention and in the case of this mod we can see how the game’s lighting has been totally reprogrammed, with awesome scenes like the ones you see in the video.
So you’re interested in enjoying GTA V’s single player mode again, but this time with spectacular graphics or just getting the most out of your graphics card to show your friends the technical superiority of PC over consoles with the better version of the game, then you just have to install that particular mod. In the meantime, we are waiting for the final version of the full game.
