Ah, the magic of the Oscars tonight!
While awaiting the announcement of Best Photo – a will The lungs beat the beloved 1917? The will Joker be a black horse? The will Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood to prove the ancient myth about the Academy loving the movies? – 23 other stages are taking it out for a chance to win an Oscar for gold. Don't count any underdogs just yet, even though some sections appear to be closed. The Oscars do, at one point, surprise us.
There is a strong race to the feature with healthy images and short sections, not to mention live action shorts, both symbolic and not. The original song sings Elton John against Idina Menzel (with nine other Elsas supporting him). Will the subtle VFX rifle overcome the negative effects of Avengers: Endgame?
