After a successful run in the cinemaswho have favourited horror sequel A quiet place part II can finally be seen at home. The horror movie made by Paramount is now on Paramount Plus, where users can stream it anytime.
A quiet place part II plays with the remains of the Abbott family on the run from extraterrestrial intruders right after the events of the first film. The sequel is again directed by John Krasinski and this time Emily Blunt and Cillian Murphy star.
The film will switch to streaming service at the end of Paramount’s new, shorter theatrical window, which stipulates that films must be at least 45 days between their theatrical debut and their arrival on Paramount Plus. Paramount is just one of a handful of studios experimenting with streaming distribution and theater exclusivity in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, and industry change has led theater chains to renegotiate their window deals for a shorter period of time.
For now, it seems that Paramount Plus will be the only place that users can stream the new horror movie for the time being. Unfortunately, although Paramount has sold several films to Netflix in the past, it is unlikely A quiet place part II will appear as Paramount Plus on all other streaming services in the near future.
A quiet place part II is available to all Paramount Plus subscribers, including those using the ad-supported option of the service for $ 4.99 and the ad-free version for $ 9.99.
