When Dragon Quest X. was first released in 2012 and was a massively multiplayer online role-playing game. It still is! But now in 2021 an offline version has been announced. It means wait for it Dragon Quest X: Offline.
Square Enix has optimized the graphics and created a stand-alone offline title.
The teaser trailer promised a way to enjoy one Dragon Quest X. Adventure in a new way.
DQ Creator Yuji Horii explained that the card is of course more compact than the expansive online world, but this version seems perfect for those who don’t play MMORPGs but love them Dragon Quest. Horii also wants those who enjoyed the online version to play the offline version.
At the time of writing, Square is aiming for Enix Dragon Quest X: Offline in Japan next year. Not a word yet about an international publication.
