One could argue that swapping the ports to the bottom makes it harder to access – I hear you – but I think the trade-off is worth it. This reduces the chance of the weight of your cables ripping the charger out of the wall, and the benefits you get from port replacement justify the high cost. There is a display on the front that shows the charging speed and device temperatures per port. So you can be sure your devices are charging as quickly (and safely) as you want.
As for the specs, the charger has three USB-C ports, two of which can output up to 140W each. Handhelds like the Steam Deck, Asus ROG Ally and the Nintendo Switch can easily be charged at top speeds. Even more power-hungry laptops that charge via USB-C (like a MacBook Pro) can receive a quick charge while other devices connected to this Anker charger top up their batteries.
