Ariana Grande has come Fourteen days as a massive god breaking the glass ceiling. During Friday’s Rift Tour, players were able to play multiple mini-games and experience new environments while a virtual version of the pop star performed some of their most famous songs.
The in-game event started with players being dropped onto a giant rainbow colored slide where they can gather strength to make them faster. As the players slipped and got faster, “Come and Go” by Marshmello ft. Juice Wrld played and opened the concert. From there everyone was transported to a giant stuffed bear where they could hop around. Next, a giant crystal monster will appear and players will be transported on a plane to shoot it down while various songs are played in the background.
After all that excitement, the game faded to black and everyone huddled together until the in-game version of Ariana Grande came out and kicked off her part of the event with “7 Rings”.
From there, the pop star sang some of her most famous songs with a massive staged performance in the background. The players ran through a Greek-inspired temple with Ariana as a god-like figure above them, flew through the air on unicorns and floated in massive bubbles with rainbows all around.
During the event overall a slight deviation for Fourteen days, it certainly feels like it’s about Grande and her personality, just like last year’s Travis Scott event. The event also fits in uniquely Fourteen days‘s Metaverse, with Grande in front of a giant banana, Rick off Rick and Morty, and Batman are all dancing with us.
Of course, since this is one Fourteen days Players can also purchase an Ariana Grande outfit and other cosmetics – like their Piggy Smalls, the pet Pig Back Bling – all in the event Fourteen days Save now.
The appearance on Friday was just Grandes’ first Fourteen days Rift Tour, which will be available in several other regions in the following days before ending on Sunday for an encore in the US.
