Blood gets a new, random character in a free May 7 update

Blood, character, free, Random, update

Blood: The Night Tradition, one of Polygon's top 50 games of 2019, will win free renewal on Thursday, May 7 for PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One, with a Nintendo Switch update coming in late May or early June. Players can use the new randomizer mode to mix their next play of Symphony EveningUnsolved metroidsian, or play the game as a new character: Zangetsu with a sword.

Unlike the average hero of Blood, Miriam, Zangetsu is unable to acquire skills from suicide enemies, hold new objects, operate machines, open treasure chests, or use food items. Cutscenes are not enabled during Zangetsu's run (because you will be doing enough to cut with his big-ass sword). Instead, all of Zangetsu's damage comes from his range and specific abilities. To unlock Zangetsu, you need to end the game and get a "good ending."

Randomizer is another new feature in this update. Replaces previously promised mode. With this new feature, you can modify the following eight different parameters for your next one Blood playing: goal, essentials, store / warp rooms, objects, enemy drops, quest, shops and art.

Depending on what you change, you can create completely different art Blood see for yourself or share seeds. You can change all kinds of settings, making it more powerful such as jumping twice inside random enemies instead of a boss.

Between these two factors, Blood players have many new ways to rediscover one of the best games of 2019.
