A new victory scene Call of Duty: Warzone‘s recently started season Notes on the 2021 Call of Duty game, according to footage posted online on Friday. This year’s entry in the franchise currently under development at Sledgehammer Games will be called Call of Duty: Vanguard and send players back to WWII, according to pictures of the game leaked earlier this week.
The victory scene is new for season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warthat went live on Friday. The cutscene shows the winning team being withdrawn from the battlefield – until a red-haired woman in a Soviet uniform from WWII shoots the last player with an old-school wooden sniper rifle. The soldier’s clothes and weapon appear to support the leaks mentioned above, suggesting that the Call of Duty game will take place in World War II in 2021.
In addition, the figure itself resembles a person presented in leaked images from vanguard – others seem to confirm earlier information and that the winning scene is an indication of the game ahead.
