Ah yes, Eevee, the most annoying Pokémon you can evolve Pokémon Go (although Lycanroc in twilight form could also be up there). Depending on what “Eeveelution” you want, the Eevee evolution method can be pretty bad. If you’ve already used the naming tricks – which allow you to evolve your Eevee into a specific evolution if you give it a specific name – Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon are all RNG. Catch rates for Shiny Pokémon are set by developer Niantic and are typically only increased during special events such as Community Days or Safari Zones, or during Legendary Raids. There are no consumable items that increase the rate of Shiny Pokémon.
