Halloween may be over, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop enjoying all things spooky. For those who love a good thrill, Humble Bundle has one great offer going on, so you can grab seven horror games for just twenty bucks. The collection is available until November 12th and the main title must be complete Dark Pictures Anthology So far you’re treated to a handful of horror stories straight out of classic B-movies.

For the unknown, The Anthology of Dark Pictures is an ongoing series developed by Supermassive Games, the team best known for the PlayStation cult classic Until dawn. Like this title from 2015, The Dark Pictures Anthology tries to capture the feeling of a horror movie that you can play. In each title in the anthology (of which there are currently four), you are responsible for deciding the fate of each cast member. What makes these experiences so enjoyable are the variations the story can take depending on your mood. Sure, you could save everyone and let them live happily ever after, but it’s a little more fun to see how much havoc you can cause, even if it means letting the killer take out the entire cast. Choosing your own style does that too Dark images Games perfect for playing with a group of friends.

Because that Dark images Since the games are an anthology, you can pick up any of the four titles first. Everyone has their own horror atmosphere that suits your mood. For my money this is the best of the four 2021 films House of Asheswhich is based on Lovecraft’s cosmic horror in a claustrophobic cave setting from the 2005 horror film The descent. The third title in the series is clearly the one where Supermassive made its breakthrough in both narrative and gameplay. The approximately six-hour experience never lets up and puts you and the actors under constant pressure. It also has a great star in Ashley Tisdale (from High School Musical fame) and she delivers a pretty fantastic horror performance.

In addition to the rest of the Dark Pictures games, you’ll also enjoy the Humble Bundle Little nightmaresits expansion and Little nightmares 2. For $20, this is a pretty great belated Halloween treat.
