Add, chapter, Daylights, Dead, Evil, Jill, Leon, Nemesis, Resident

A new chapter on Resident Evil is on the way to becoming an asymmetrical horror game Dead in daylightand it will be known to everyone who played last time Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 Remakes. Dead in daylightThe newest killer out on is Nemesis RE3and are accompanied by two new survivors: Jill Valentine and Leon S. Kennedy.

in the Dead in daylightFour survivors face off against a murderer. Survivors are pretty helpless, so their job is to dodge the killer and fix generators on the map so they can escape to fight another day. A new card arrives Dead in daylight is based on the police department of Raccoon City and is partially generated procedurally.

Nemesis is one of the game’s most unique killers to date. His in-game title is Tyrant, and he brings with him some Resident Evil tropes Dead in daylight. He attacks with a deadly tentacle and is thus a ranged killer, similar to the huntress, the trickster or the death linger. This is where things get interesting: Nemesis can infect survivors it meets with the T-Virus. This causes them to cough and make noises, which makes them easier to find.

If Nemesis is the killer, he will also spawn AI-controlled zombies. These zombies can also infect survivors with the T-Virus, and Nemesis scales with power when players are infected. Its tentacles do more damage when hitting infected survivors. Also, Nemesis does more damage and has a greater range when more survivors are infected.

A limited number of vaccines that cure the T virus are scattered around the map, and survivors must make the difficult call of either cleaning the T virus early or saving the precious resource for later in the round.

Jill and Leon, the new survivors, are a bit tougher than the rest of the cast and each have a number of unique perks. Jill can put a mine on a generator that will trip and explode, blinding the killer if he tries to sabotage him. Leon, on the other hand, has an advantage that generates flashbangs on the card that serve as a practical distraction. Flashbangs can keep killers from wearing down downed survivors and, if used well, also blind killers.

The Resident Evil Chapter of Dead in daylight is expected to arrive on June 15th. Check out some screenshots of the new chapter in the gallery below.
