On Thursday morning, Microsoft unveiled several games on Inside Xbox and showed a brief look at the next gameplay. Xbox was also posted on Twitter release an image showing the names of well-known developers working on Xbox titles – including Bungie. Bungie then confirmed, via Twitter, that Conclusion 2 will come on next-generation platforms.
While there are only two sentences, Bungie's Togo expresses several. The answer is on the Xbox, but the tweet clarifies next-gen platforms – plural. This suggests that while Microsoft is the first company to announce the announcement Desiny 2 with its next console, the PS5 will also see the game. This should come as no surprise to longtime Destiny fans who have been using the PlayStation remote series, which has since been released from Bungie in Activation.
Bungie's latest tweet confirms players will be able to continue playing their favorite MMO spot on their new console this year. And while Bungie would say that by saving through their tweet, it's possible that players will be able to keep up with the same characters on their next-generation machine.
Bungie is currently due to announce details about its fall, when players can get their hands on it Conclusion 2 of next generation consoles, if players will need to pay for a new version, or if the game will be better developed. We look forward to hearing more details in the future.
Desiny available on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4. Conclusion 2 currently available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 – with it coming to Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, this will be the third generation of the franchise.
