The Digimon TV the anime is back. The original series was released in 1999, and a reboot will begin rolling out the tunnel in April in Japan.
In accordance with ANN, the series is set for 2020 and features new stories including the star Taichi (aka "Tai") and the famous Digimon beast Agumon.

While the taxi is in English, it says "air in Japan." It sounds like the extradition is still TBA.
